LUCIS stands for Lufthansa A.E.R.O. Customer Information System.
The system was released in October 2001 to provide Our Customers with a means to receive basic data about their orders without contacting the Company via telephone. The unique aspect is, the data is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This information can be accessed virtually anywhere in the world, providing an Internet Portal is available.
You can access LUCIS through our homepage (www.lhaero.com) under “Log-In” in the top navigation bar.
- Click on “Log-In” to type in your individual User ID and password.
- Hit “Go” and you will be redirected to LUCIS.
